Applicants must be 62 years of age or have a doctor-verified handicap/disability and be income eligible.
An application must be completed and submitted to the business office. Pre-eligibility is determined at the time of application.
Your rent will include payment of all utilities (water, gas, electric, sewer and trash). You are responsible for telephone, internet, and cable.
Your apartment is furnished with a stove and refrigerator.
Yes, you are allowed one pet. Dogs cannot be larger than 25lbs and must be no less than one year old. Both dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and documentation of current vaccinations is required. There is a pet security deposit required for dogs and cats. Birds, fish and commonly kept caged animals are also permitted.
